Purpose
The Faces of Change Foundation Inc., founded by Dion Barrett, is committed to transforming lives through education. Understanding firsthand the power of scholarships in shaping a brighter future, Ms. Barrett launched the Faces of Change Scholarship Fund to provide financial assistance to deserving Jamaican and African American students pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
The generosity of donors like yourselves fuels this mission. Every contribution helps in our effort to recognize and award each student in the pursuit of their dreams of becoming the future they envision. By investing in someone else's educational journal, you are investing in the next agent of change within different branches of society and the world. Each scholarship recipient has a story—one of resilience, determination, change, hope, and charity. From first-generation college students to future doctors, engineers, and educators, policymakers, the Faces of Change Scholarship Fund aims to help shape a legacy of success, one to two students at a time annually.

Faces of Change Foundation is dedicated to providing scholarships to secondary and tertiary level college and university students who are Jamaican and African American. Our mission is to raise funds annually to provide scholarships and support financially struggling students in their academic pursuits.
Education not only equips individuals with knowledge and skills, but also empowers them to make a positive impact in their communities. This foundation aims to raise scholarships for ambitious Jamaican youth and African Americans who face financial limitations to education.
